Ambrozia is a casual fine dining restaurant with a menu influenced
by classical Italian, Bulgarian, French and other Mediterranean
countries.
The live music for the evening will be an excellent selection
of latin and other dance music. Appetisers:
Ambrozia Seafood salad - a selection of seafood, sauteed and
served over a sweetened honey balsamic mixed greens.
OR
Sherry prawns - jumbo prawns, pan-seared in a creamy Sherry
sauce.
Main courses:
Braised Lamb Shank - on rosemary and thyme pilaf in it's own
juice, served with seasoned olives and roasted vegetables.
OR
Maroccan Chicken - herb and cumin marinated supreme of chicken,
served with herbed rice and ratatouille
OR
Panroasted halibut, served with sun dried tomato and green
pea risotto
Dessert
Baklava - exotic Balkan favourite - fylo and walnut pastry.
